The free loyalty program is called Unity. Sign up in the Hard Rock Bet app under "Rewards" or at any Seminole casino front desk.

Earn Tier Credits
Every $5 wagered on Hard Rock Bet earns 1 Tier Credit. Slot play, table games, and retail sportsbook wagers also count.

Move up the tiers
Tiers: Hero → Icon → Legend → Legend Elite. Higher tiers unlock free play, hotel discounts, free concerts at Hard Rock Live, and concierge service.

Redeem at any Seminole property
Use Tier Credits for comps at Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood, Tampa, Coconut Creek, Classic Hollywood, Immokalee, or Brighton; restaurants, hotels, retail.
Troubleshooting
My loyalty account isn't linking
Make sure your Hard Rock Bet account and Unity account use the exact same legal name and DOB. Mismatch is the most common issue.
Tier Credits not posting
Wagers post within 24 hours. If still missing after 72 hours, contact Unity support inside the app.
