How to Deposit on Hard Rock Bet

    On the Hard Rock Bet app, tap the balance in the top-right corner to open the cashier. Choose "Deposit".

    Pick your method

    Available methods include: Online banking (instant), debit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, prepaid Play+ card, ACH transfer (1-3 days), and cash at any of the six Seminole retail casinos.

    Enter the amount

    Minimum first deposit is $10. There is no upper limit on most methods but individual transactions may be capped at $5,000-10,000 depending on method.

    Confirm and play

    Most methods (Apple Pay, online banking, debit) post to your balance in seconds. ACH bank transfers take 1-3 business days. The welcome offer activates automatically with your first qualifying wager.

Troubleshooting

Debit card declined
Many banks block gambling-related transactions even when legal. Call your card issuer to ask them to whitelist the merchant, or switch to Apple Pay / online banking which bypass the issue.
Deposit not showing up
Check the cashier transaction history. ACH transfers can take up to 3 business days. If pending more than 72 hours, contact Hard Rock Bet support inside the app.
Geolocation error during deposit
You must be inside Florida state lines to deposit. Toggle location services on, disable VPN, and try again.
